What are the Bridal Boxes made from?

All our beautiful boxes are hand made with love from a family-owned business in Hills of Byron Bay, Australia. Each box is hand crafted and sanded, creating a wonderful sense of uniqueness and character.

What size are the Bridal Boxes?

We have 3 different sized boxes at The Bridal Box Co.

Standard

Mostly used for our DIY & pre-made gift hampers.

Internal measurements of the Standard Boxes are 25cm W x 30cm L x 11cm D
External measurements are 27.3cm W x 32.5cm L x 12.3cm D

Single

Used for Champagne hampers. Perfect to fit a full-size bottle of wine/champagne & mini candle.

Internal measurements of the Single Champagne Boxes are 10.2cm W x 33.5cm L x 10cm D
External measurements are 12.5cm W x 35.5cm L x 11.5cm D

Double

Used for our 'Happy Couple' hampers. Perfect for a full-size wine/champagne bottle and extra room for additional gifts.

Internal measurements of the Double Champagne Boxes are 21cm W x 33cm L x 10cm D
External measurements are 23.5cm W x 35.5cm L x 11.5cm D

Can I have my items engraved using my own font to match my wedding invites?

We can certainly engrave using other fonts if you prefer. Please contact us to discuss further and to ensure your desired font is suitable for engraving.

Are you able to do custom engraving for other events, such as birthdays?

Our keepsake gift boxes can be used for all events, such as birthdays, Christmas, newborn/christening, staff promotions and so much more. Our DIY Hamper lets you choose what you would like engraved on the lid, and choose which gifts you would like to include inside. Or, you can purchase the box only and fill with your own gifts.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Due to processing times, all our orders will be processed and sent within three weeks. If you need your order as soon as possible, please contact us and we can advise a more accurate processing time and have your order shipped via express post.

A signature is required upon receiving your order from our couriers. This is to ensure your products arrive safely and securely. If you are not home to receive your order, our couriers will leave instructions on how to arrange re-delivery or collection.

Do you ship internationally?

Our boxes are left untreated, so unfortunately this means we cannot ship overseas. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Do you accept refunds/returns?

Unfortunately, as most of our items are personalised, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you have received your order damaged and/or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work on a resolution for you.
