We use couriers to ensure your parcels are delivered quickly and safely. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please always provide an address where someone is available to receive the parcel. If providing a business address – please provide the business name for the courier.
Delivery charges are dependent on how many items you have purchased and are charged accordingly. All delivery charges include delivery by a personal courier directly to yours or your recipients home or business address – where possible, a business address will be the best option. Deliveries made to business addresses must list the business/organisation name for the couriers to deliver to this address. PO Boxes will not be accepted.
Please note ‘Authority to leave’ if your delivery address is safe to leave your parcel unattended. If you would prefer to not give this authorisation, please ensure you choose an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel or a calling card will be left in your mailbox for you to arrange pickup or re-delivery at your own expense. Unfortunately we cannot provide a specified delivery time.
Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.
Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday within Australia only. No deliveries occur on public holidays.

Before placing an order with us, please double check the delivery address and information. Incorrect information can lead to an order being delayed or returned. If your order is returned and needs to be redirected or redelivered, you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees.
