Shipping & Delivery

PLEASE NOTE: DELIVERY TIMES LISTED BELOW ARE AN ESTIMATE ONLY AND DO NOT TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION ANY EVENTS, SUCH AS EXTREME WEATHER OR BORDER CLOSURES, THAT MAY EXTEND DELIVERY TIME. 

We use third party couriers or Australia Post (depending on what is most economical for your location) to ensure your parcels are delivered quickly and safely. We will update your order with tracking details once it is ready for dispatch. If you do not recieve tracking updates by email or in your account with us, please get in touch at hello@thebridalboxco.com.au and we will update you manually.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Please always provide an address where someone is available to receive the parcel. If providing a business address – please provide the business name for the courier.

We charge a flat rate $15.99 for shipping or free shipping for orders over $200. All delivery charges include delivery by a courier directly to yours or your recipients home or business address. Please ensure you choose an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel or a calling card will be left in your mailbox for you to arrange pickup or re-delivery at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a specified delivery time.

Please note ‘Authority to leave’ if your delivery address is safe to leave your parcel unattended. If you chose to have your parcel left unattended, you are doing so at your own risk. We do not replace or refund items that are lost or damaged after delivery.

Once a delivery has been dispatched, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. Please only contact us once you have made contact with the courier and they have unsuccessfully found your parcel. We will then contact the courier to investigate further.

Please note delivery time frames cannot be guaranteed. In some instances it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Saturday within Australia only. No deliveries occur on public holidays.

Incorrect Delivery Information
Before placing an order with us, please double check the delivery address and information. Incorrect information can lead to an order being delayed or returned. If your order is returned and needs to be redirected or redelivered, you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees. Please see our Returns and Refunds page for more information.
