Sale of Liquor

Under the Liquor Control Act 1998 it is an offence to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 ( Penalty exceeds $7000), for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive Liquor the penalty exceeds $600.

Please ensure the recipient is aged over 18 years and available to receive the delivery.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Products Or Services

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

Every piece of wood used in our gift boxes and wooden products range are not the same. These are handmade and hand sanded products, so the colour and grain patterns on each product will be unique. We cannot guarantee the grain patterns or exact appearance of your wooden products prior to purchase.

The size of letters for engraving may differ between boxes and our other engraved products depending on the wording and number of characters chosen. We will select the appropriate size of letters to ensure the best possible outcome.

The size and position of the lettering for our custom glassware and hangers may also change depending on the wording and number of characters chosen. We will select the appropriate size of letters for these products also, to ensure the best possible outcome.

Accuracy Of Billing And Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.  In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Your data is not stored or forwarded on to Third Parties and is only used to optimise your shopping experience. Your information will only be used for processing and shipping your order and you will only be contacted in relation to your order or upon entering promotional events.

Shipping & Deliveries

Our shipping & delivery information can be found here. We aim to process and ship your orders in a timely manner, however this can be disrupted in our peak times, or when there is limited access to our vendors.

Personalised or custom products can take a longer processing time due to the time required in their creation. Unless otherwise requested, we will ship orders in their entirety, so other standard products may be delayed in their dispatch by the addition of personalised or custom products. Our processing time can be up to three weeks during peak times for these items.

Delivery charges are dependent on how many items you have purchased and are charged accordingly. Once a delivery has been picked up by the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us if an order has not arrived. We cannot be held accountable for the conduct of the couriers or any behaviours deemed less than satisfactory. Your are required to contact the courier’s company directly if you believe a complaint needs to be filed.

Deliveries from The Bridal Box Co. require signatures upon receipt. Your signature is an acknowledgement that you accept the shipment in it’s condition. The Bridal Box Co. check all our products prior to delivery to ensure no faults or damages are present. If an item is damaged, it has occurred during transit. We will work with the customer to resolve all issues as best we can.

Errors, Inaccuracies And Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
